AI Dietitians is built by an Australian team of clinicians and engineers making clinical software for Australian dietitians. APDs spend too much of a scarce day on work that is necessary but not clinical: re-keying referrals, rewriting the same handout, formatting a meal plan, drafting the letter. That time should go to patients.

Is AI Dietitians built for Australian practice?
Yes. It uses the Australian Food Composition Database (AFCD), the NHMRC NRVs, IDDSI, AGHE and Australian screening tools, with en-AU throughout.
Does the AI replace my clinical judgement?
No. It drafts notes, letters, plans and handouts from what you enter. You review and sign everything. AI features process clinical text with vetted AI providers, which may operate overseas -- see our Privacy Policy.
What do I get with the trial?
Full access to the app for 7 days, with no card required: all the calculators, the IDDSI guide, the reference databases and 60 AI credits.
What is an AI credit?
One credit covers one AI action, for example a photo analysis or a drafted document. Each plan includes a monthly allowance and you can top up.
Does AI Dietitians connect to my practice software?
It syncs appointments and patient context from Cliniko, Halaxy and Splose.
How is patient data protected?
Data is isolated per organisation with row-level security and audit logging, encrypted in transit. Your records are stored on servers in Sydney, Australia. Essentials has no AI features. On Pro, direct identifiers are removed from free text on our Australian server before any AI call, but the redacted text and dictation audio are processed by AI providers in the United States -- see How data is handled and our Privacy Policy.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month to month and can be cancelled any time; your plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for. You start with a 7-day free trial that needs no card.
Do you do NDIS?
